The very first song Dave Mason ever wrote was Hole In My Shoe.

It was released in 1967 as a single by Traffic and reached number 2 in the UK.  

Due to the enduring charm of the song, 59 years later, Dave has turned Hole in My Shoe into a children’s book. The song carries a sense of innocence, simplicity, playful whimsey, and wonder. It’s fun, imaginative, and easy to love. This book is beautifully illustrated by Jillian Dister and includes a download to Dave Mason’s brand new version of the song. It’s a book for children of all ages. 

Dave Mason went on to become a master songwriter, and has written and performed hundred’s of songs in the span of 60 years.
